day2 !!!!!!!!!! two big tour!!!!!!!!!

The 2nd day of English Guided Tour by JFS. December 16th,2005
Today, my job was to support the tour by engaging with guests and managing the tour.
So, I did not have to carry heavy loads of pressure like I did yesterday.

I also did an interview with few members from the tour and asked about the total impression of the tour!
And what was great about 2nd day is that even there were two tours in one day, two tour did not overlap each other. That means, the staff were able to support one group at a time!(means there is alot of staffs!)
There is new staff on second day, Ms.Nagafusa from Fuji Xerox doing translation for the tour!

Also, this day, my great admiring senpai Mr. Kobayashi volunteered to be presenter for the first tour! And Ms. Iida presented the 2nd tour!( her consective days of presenting! wow!)

Day 1
On December 15th, 2005
The first day of Eco-Product 2oo5.

Our job is to guide the international guests to booth and present new innovation of Eco-products in Japan. Mr. Kobayashi and Ms. Iida has planned the tour over long time of period.
In end of October, Ms. Kawaraki and myself joined the project.
And there were volunteers of support staff: Sato-san, Suzuki-san, and Kimura-san.

the first day of guide, Ms. Iida and myself were speakers for each group.
Since there were large numbers of people (30), the group of guests were divided into two (15each).
Ms. Iida guided the 1st and I took the second group.(the difference is first group started 15min earlier than the second)

Group one:
Presenter: Iida-san
Traslator: Kimura-san
Support Staff: Kawaraki-san, Suzuki-san

Group two:
Presenter: Hosojima(myself)
